To complete the installation of Xero accounting at Shambhala Centers to permit vastly simplified global financial accounting, consolidations and reporting.
Having a commonly used accounting system in all of Shambhala’s centers will create a network of users who will be able to support each other, support their local reporting and accounting needs and give the center of the mandala a better way to consolidate and help the local centers and groups with their finances and financial reporting requirements.
By hiring a Xero expert consultant we will not only be able to train our centers and groups but also find out what needs to be implemented and changed to make Xero easier to use and more effective. Having one person focusing on this issue will more effectively determine how to best implement and what to customize or change.
