(2013) To lead ten one-day, urban retreats for homeless youth, aged 15-25 years old and to teach meditation and principles of Shambhala Buddhism in New York City.
The program will include meditation instruction, healing treatments, dharma talks, discussions (and vegetarian food) that reaches one hundred fifty homeless and foster care youth living in shelters and group homes across the city.
The one day retreats will be led by an experienced retreat facilitator alongside licensed acupuncturists, massage therapists and nutritionists.
