(2014) The Ziji Collective is a youth movement inspired by the Shambhala vision of an uplifted human society and dedicated to manifesting that vision in the world through the transformative power of collective action. As we gather the energy and skills to expand mandala-wide, the Ziji Collective seeks seed funding from the Shambhala Trust to offer a seven-day Youth Leadership Training at Casa Werma for approximately 30 participants, following the Ziji Global Summit 2015 in Mexico City. Our intention is to provide deep training in the leadership skills needed to create a global network of youth to be the next generation of Shambhala teachers, leaders, and change agents.
